The Finance International Controlling & Reporting Specialist (Reporting to the Consolidation, Controlling & Reporting Manager) is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of managerial reporting and supporting the external consolidated financial statements of the entities in the sco

Key Responsibilit

- ies: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes at Group
- level Analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS (or applicable
- GAAP)Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakehol
- ders. Analyze financial results and variances, driving financial performance and providing insights to management to support strategic decision m
- aking Support subsidiaries in reporting processes and provide accounting gui
- dance Coordinate with local finance teams across different coun
- tries Contribute to the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and financial disclo
- sures Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and proce
- dures Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting proc

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related
- field At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting, preferably in a multinational envir
- onment Experience with Group Reporting and complex organizational stru
- ctures Strong analytical and financial modeling capabi
- lities Strong knowledge of IFRS (or relevant accounting stan
- dards)Experience with consolidation tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, OneS
