ph3About the role /h3 pWe're hiring proficient bilingual speakers (English Italian) to help make advanced AI models safer. You'll apply your language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate and strengthen how these models handle sensitive topics in Italian. No prior AI/ML experience is required — we'll train you on the workflow. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul lipWrite expert-level prompts in Italian across a range of sensitive subject areas. /p /li lipApply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. /p /li lipFlag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, and document the reasoning behind your judgments. /p /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul lipNative or near-native fluency in Italian, plus business-level written English. /p /li lipA bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.



/p /li lipStrong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail. /p /li lipSound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information. /p /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul lipBased in Italy or the wider Western Europe region.
