ph3About This Vacancy /h3 pThe Business Manager will be responsible for developing their own Business Unit, managing business development activities, client relationships, and consultant coordination. They will actively participate in the recruitment process, oversee the career path of the team, and be accountable for the PL of the Unit. We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional capable of creating value and fostering sustainable growth for the business unit. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liBusiness development and acquisition of new clients. /li liManagement and retention of the existing client portfolio. /li liSelection, onboarding, and management of consultants. /li liPerformance monitoring and definition of growth strategies. /li liCollaboration with the recruiting and HR team to ensure proper project-to-skill matching. /li liMarket analysis and identification of new opportunities. /li /ul h3What We Expect From You /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or Economics. /li liMBA completed (considered a plus). /li liMinimum 1 year up to 10 years in relevant roles. /li liExperience in commercial or business development roles, preferably in technology consulting. /li liResults-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. /li liKnowledge of key analysis and reporting tools. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent Italian. /li liProfessional English.
