Legga i dettagli completi qui sotto e invii la sua candidatura oggi stesso.Location: Rome, ItalyDuration: 5 monthsEmployment Type: Temporary/ContractLanguages: Fluent Italian and English requiredRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate the planning and delivery of a major Academy training program in Italy. The Project Manager will work closely with the company's leadership, technical instructors, internal teams, external vendors and customer stakeholders to ensure the program is delivered smoothly, professionally and on schedule.The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical, educational or customer-facing programs. Knowledge of quantum computing or another emerging technology is strongly preferred but not required. The candidate must be comfortable working with technical experts and translating complex requirements into clear project plans and actions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the overall project plan, schedule, milestones and deliverables.Coordinate technical instructors, internal teams, vendors and customer stakeholders.Manage the preparation, review and delivery of training materials.Coordinate the translation and quality review of materials in Italian.Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual training sessions.Attend training sessions as needed to address operational issues and gather customer feedback.Monitor participant experience, training pace and delivery quality.Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and action items.Organize project meetings and provide clear meeting notes and status updates.Escalate delays,
risks or customer concerns to IonQ Italia leadership.Ensure all deliverables are completed according to the agreed scope and timeline.Support other IonQ Italia technical or customer programs as needed during the engagement.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, computer science or a related field preferred.At least 3–5 years of project-management experience, ideally supporting technical, training or customer-facing programs.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines and dependencies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.Ability to work effectively with technical experts and senior stakeholders.Experience preparing project plans, status reports, risk logs and meeting documentation.Ability to work independently and resolve issues quickly in a fast-moving environment.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of quantum computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity or another emerging technology.Experience managing professional training, education or certification programs.Experience working with government, public-sector or enterprise customers.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or an equivalent project-management certification.Experience coordinating translation or localization of technical content.Key DeliverablesDetailed project plan, timeline and training schedule.Stakeholder, instructor and vendor coordination plan.Training-material and Italian-translation tracker.Risk, issue, dependency and action-item logs.Weekly progress reports and meeting documentation.Training-session logistics and delivery coordination.Participant feedback and program-quality reporting. xysqume Final project-completion report, including lessons learned and outstanding actions.
