Joining us means growing, learning, and shaping excellence together.br/br/The Role There is a new opportunity within our Innovation team: we are looking for an RD Senior Project Manager who, reporting to the RD Manager, will be responsible for managing new product development projects and changes to existing products, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that project timelines, costs and objectives are met.br/br/The person will also be responsible for coordinating a team of 3 people dedicated to the management of technical master data and the creation of documentation to support production and the Care department, ensuring the quality, consistency and timely availability of information.br/br/The person we are looking for will: manage product development projects,
including new product development and changes to existing products; coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Product and Laboratory; plan and monitor project activities by creating and managing detailed Gantt charts; work closely with the RD Manager to define priorities and provide project status updates; ensure that project timelines, costs and milestones are met; monitor project risks, identify critical issues and propose corrective actions to support development decisions; liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to oversee project progress; actively contribute to new product development by bringing technical expertise and problem-solving skills; work with the functions involved to define tasks, operational responsibilities and areas of intervention; coordinate the team responsible for technical master data management, setting priorities, workloads and deadlines, and ensuring that product information is correctly created, maintained and updated in company systems; oversee the creation, update and release of technical documentation for Production, ensuring completeness, accuracy and consistency with product changes; contribute to the continuous improvement of product development and engineering change management processes.br/br/You are the right fit if you have: a technical background:
Degree in Engineering, preferably Management, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent education; at least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in Product Development; proven experience in managing structured projects; experience gained in manufacturing companies; fluent knowledge of Italian (C1); good knowledge of English, used in international professional contexts; leadership, communication and management skills for both direct and cross-functional teams; excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.br/br/Skills that would be considered a plus: knowledge of ERP/PLM/PDM systems or tools for managing technical product data; experience in defining or improving processes, document flows and operating standards; experience in coordinating activities related to bills of materials, routings, product coding, production documentation or technical release.br/br/Why join us?
