Check out the details below and take the next step in your career with us! /p h3Role Profile /h3 h3Key Accountabilities /h3 pAs part of the Business Development Team: /p ul liConducting the preparation of business cases and financial analysis of any opportunity that arises within the territory /li liPreparing all the support documents and analysis required to obtain internal approvals /li liLeading and supporting tender response documents /li liMaximising the new business contribution to EBITDA growth /li liCoordinate with the Company’s main stakeholders, including HQ and Business Units the submission of tenders or negotiations for the company to grow and defend the current portfolio, including any potential new channel business model. /li liPrepare and develop with the Business Development Director the approach and proposals for special tenders. /li liEstablish contacts with Business Partners to maximize further and sustained business growth. /li /ul h3People: /h3 ul liSupport the management and development of the ‘Business Development Community’ to drive results across the group. /li liWork with all of the Business Community Leads to make sure that all areas of the business have contributed to business efficiencies in the Project Process; use internal expert knowledge when required. /li /ul h3Finance: /h3 ul liWork closely with the Finance team to maximize the accuracy of data being submitted for projects. /li /ul h3Operations: /h3 ul liCoordination of the project process; involving all key stakeholders from Operations and other stakeholders to maximize the best results, defining project plan and time scales for completion. /li liEnsure guidelines defined are followed in the projects.



/li liContinual improvement of ‘Business Development’ policies and processes to increase efficiencies. /li liWork with external agencies to supervise the formal documentation for all Business Projects, Tenders and Proposals. /li liAnalyze all key data to support decision making process. /li liComplete studies of the markets to support BD Director in decision making. /li liPreparing executive presentations /li /ul h3Person Profile /h3 h3Experience and Specific Requirements Key Relationships /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree or equivalent, /li li5 years of proven experience within a complex global retail organization or management consultancy company with experience in an accounting / financial role, /li liDetailed understanding of Financial PLs, Balance Sheets and Modelling, /li liExposure to managing complex relationships within a tough business sector.
