Are you passionate about numbers and eager to understand business performance in the beauty retail industry? Join our Finance - Planning & Control (FP&A;)team and gain hands-on experience supporting business decisions and monitoringstore performance in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance ofour stores and retail network;
- Support monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring dataaccuracy and consistency;
- Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningfulbusiness insights
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations forinternal stakeholders
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identifykey business drivers;
- Act as business partner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teamsto support performance improvement actions;
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planningprocesses.
Who we’re looking for:
- Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management
- Engineering, or related fields;
- Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint;
- Basic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting;
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and dataaccuracy;
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in retail andbeauty industry dynamics;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). xysqume
