From inventory management to transportation and warehouse coordination, you'll help optimize logistics operations and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.What you'll be doingSupport the Order Management team in processing and tracking customer orders with accuracy and efficiencyCoordinate with internal departments (e.G. Sales, Logistics, Warehouse) to guarantee timely and successful deliveriesAssist in resolving order-related issues or discrepancies with a problem-solving mindsetEnsure proper documentation and maintain detailed records of order transactionsContribute to process optimization projects aimed at improving operational performance and customer satisfactionWhat you need to succeedStudent or neo graduate in Engineering or similar fieldsFluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel and Power Point)We offer an initial 6 months paid internship800 euro, company computer, free company canteen, lavoro da remoto.Are you ready to join us?
