pstrongAccounting Manager /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongAbout Us /strong /ppWe are a management company acting on behalf of a private family office, with a diversified real estate portfolio across Tuscany and Northern Italy, including hospitality assets, residential developments and other real estate investments. /ppAs the portfolio continues to grow and become increasingly institutionalised, we are strengthening our Finance function and developing solid, efficient and structured accounting and reporting processes. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppWe are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. /ppReporting directly to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will oversee the accounting and administrative activities of several group entities, support periodic financial reporting and ensure the proper management of tax and statutory requirements. /ppThis is a hands-on and operational role, with regular interaction with the Finance Director, management, external accountants, tax advisors and local administrative teams. /ppThe position offers the opportunity to work across multiple legal entities and different asset classes within a dynamic and growing environment. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliOversee the general accounting activities of multiple companies and legal entities. /liliReview the accuracy and completeness of accounting entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable. /liliCoordinate and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payroll payments. /liliSupport the preparation of monthly financial reporting on an accrual basis. /liliManage reconciliations, accruals,
prepayments and adjusting journal entries. /liliEnsure alignment between statutory accounting under Italian GAAP (OIC) and management reporting. /liliCoordinate with external accountants, tax advisors and auditors. /liliMonitor tax and statutory compliance across the different entities. /liliSupport treasury activities and payment processes. /liliSupport the preparation of annual financial statements and external audit activities. /liliContribute to the improvement of accounting, administrative and ERP processes. /liliSupport the Finance Director with financial reporting and analysis. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulli3–5 years of experience in accounting, administration or audit. /liliSolid knowledge of general accounting and Italian GAAP (OIC). /liliGood knowledge of IFRS. /liliExperience working with multiple companies or legal entities. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. /liliGood understanding of Italian tax requirements, particularly VAT. /liliGood professional knowledge of English, both written and spoken. /liliCPA or ACCA qualification, or currently pursuing the qualification, will be considered a strong preference. /liliExperience gained within a Big Four firm,
