including weekends and holidays (standard in the aviation sector)WorkplaceMilan Bergamo Airport (BGY)New dedicated office within the terminal area.Main ResponsibilitiesProviding high-quality customer service at the airport ticketing deskIssuing, modifying, and refunding airline ticketsSupporting passengers with travel information and requestsAssisting with flight operations and supervisionCoordinating with ground handlers, crew members, and airport authoritiesMonitoring flight status, documentation, and airline proceduresEnsuring smooth and timely aircraft turnaround operationsRepresenting Edograf Helpfly Intl Group and partner airlines professionally at all timesMain RequirementsGood command of xysqume the English language (spoken and written)Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindsetAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility, punctuality, and a positive attitudeTeamwork mindset and sense of responsibilityGood problem-solving abilities and attention to detailWillingness to learn and grow within the aviation industryPreferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)Knowledge of second languagePrevious experience in: The tourism/travel industry, Airport environments, Customer service roles
