In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building, leading and optimising the demand planning process for one or more business lines, developing accurate demand forecasts to support supply chain, production, and inventory planning. This role works cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align demand plans with business objectives and ensure optimal product availability while minimizing inventory risks, to meet customers’ demand. /ppbr / /ppstrongForecast Demand Analysis /strong /pulliYou will build and manage 6 – 12 month rolling forecasts across all product categories, including special editions, OEM lines and collections. /liliYou will consolidate input from sales, markets and key accounts to capture trends, upcoming launches and campaigns. /liliYou will analyse historical sales as well as market trends to refine your forecast accuracy, as well as identifying deviations and proposing alternative solutions.
/liliMoreover, you will also contribute to new-product introduction checkpoints (such as tracking go-live dates, sample availability etc) /liliMonitor forecast accuracy (e.g. Forecast Error, Bias) and propose corrective actions /liliPrepare demand scenarios /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCross-Functional Collaboration Continuous Improvement /strong /pulliWork closely with Supply Planning, Procurement, and Operations to ensure demand plans are feasible and aligned with supply constraints /liliIdentify risks and opportunities related to demand changes and proactively communicate them to stakeholders /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr / /pulliA minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally within a Sporting Goods Manufacturing and/or Textile Manufacturing company. /liliExcellent skills on Data Analysis, KPI definition, trend analysis skills as well as root-cause investigation. /liliIn-depth knowledge of planning principles, forecasting techniques, production scheduling, as well as phase-in / phase-out management. /liliPrevious experience with ERP systems, SO99+, AS400, QlikView / Qlik Sense BI as well as advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic macros). /liliFluency in English – Comfortable with working in a fully English speaking environment. /liliStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, business acumen, along with solid collaboration skills, top time management and prioritisation, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment complete the profile. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongOther Information /strong /ppLocation – Asolo, Italy (On site) /ppCompensation Package - From €45,000 (Depending on experience) /p
