pProject Manager – Technical Training Programs /ppbr / /ppLocation: Rome, Italy /ppDuration: 5 months /ppEmployment Type: Temporary/Contract /ppLanguages: Fluent Italian and English required /ppbr / /ppRole Overview /ppWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate the planning and delivery of a major Academy training program in Italy. The Project Manager will work closely with the company#39;s leadership, technical instructors, internal teams, external vendors and customer stakeholders to ensure the program is delivered smoothly, professionally and on schedule. /ppThe ideal candidate will have experience managing technical, educational or customer-facing programs. Knowledge of quantum computing or another emerging technology is strongly preferred but not required. The candidate must be comfortable working with technical experts and translating complex requirements into clear project plans and actions. /ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliDevelop and manage the overall project plan, schedule, milestones and deliverables. /liliCoordinate technical instructors, internal teams, vendors and customer stakeholders. /liliManage the preparation, review and delivery of training materials. /liliCoordinate the translation and quality review of materials in Italian. /liliSupport the planning and execution of in-person and virtual training sessions. /liliAttend training sessions as needed to address operational issues and gather customer feedback. /liliMonitor participant experience, training pace and delivery quality. /liliTrack risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and action items. /liliOrganize project meetings and provide clear meeting notes and status updates. /liliEscalate delays, risks or customer concerns to IonQ Italia leadership. /liliEnsure all deliverables are completed according to the agreed scope and timeline.
/liliSupport other IonQ Italia technical or customer programs as needed during the engagement. /li /ulpbr / /ppRequired Qualifications /pulliBachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, computer science or a related field preferred. /liliAt least 3–5 years of project-management experience, ideally supporting technical, training or customer-facing programs. /liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines and dependencies. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English. /liliAbility to work effectively with technical experts and senior stakeholders. /liliExperience preparing project plans, status reports, risk logs and meeting documentation. /liliAbility to work independently and resolve issues quickly in a fast-moving environment. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppPreferred Qualifications /pulliKnowledge of quantum computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity or another emerging technology. /liliExperience managing professional training, education or certification programs. /liliExperience working with government, public-sector or enterprise customers. /liliPMP, PRINCE2, Agile or an equivalent project-management certification. /liliExperience coordinating translation or localization of technical content. /li /ulpbr / /ppKey Deliverables /pulliDetailed project plan, timeline and training schedule. /liliStakeholder, instructor and vendor coordination plan. /liliTraining-material and Italian-translation tracker. /liliRisk, issue, dependency and action-item logs. /liliWeekly progress reports and meeting documentation. /liliTraining-session logistics and delivery coordination. /liliParticipant feedback and program-quality reporting. /liliFinal project-completion report, including lessons learned and outstanding actions. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppbr / /p
