ph3The role /h3 pHas the responsibility to complete the entire process of the given activity and contribute to potential improvement in this process. /p h3Financial admin /h3 ul liManages the registration, controlling and correct handling of incoming and outgoing invoices and financial information. /li liMaintains the ledger, creditors and debtors’ administration. /li liParticipates in reporting company’s profits and cash flow information. /li liCreates and updates expense reports. /li liAdvises the management on financial, tax and VAT matters. /li liParticipates in quarterly and annual audits. /li /ul h3Payables / Receivables accounting activities /h3 h3Account Payable (AP) /h3 ul liManage, secure basic data in SAP and records invoices. /li liProvide monthly closing operations. /li liCheck and analyse invoice/pre invoice and invoice/receipt discrepancies. /li liPrepare and process payment runs. /li liSupports the digitalisation process of invoices. /li liChecks supplier payment terms when applicable. /li liManages PO numbers. /li liManages expense report controls, records and ensures payment. /li liReports and raises additional revenue. /li liProperly file the documents and monitor terms of agreement for suppliers. /li /ul h3Account Receivable (AR) /h3 ul liManaging customer credit control.
