To do this, we need a bProduct Engineer Coordinator /b who can support ourteamincrafting a beautiful productserving the business needs of our millions of users. /ph3bWhat you'll do /b /h3ulliOwn the lifecycle of features, from ideation alongside Product Designers and implementation to deployment and iteration /li /ululliDevelop beautiful, scalable UIs and backend systems that power our collaborative platform, leveraging modern technologies like React, Elixir, and PostgreSQL /li /ululliWork closely with users and customers to validate ideas, solve urgent problems, and deliver impactful solutions /li /ululliWork closely with founders and design to implement fast new feature concepts /li /ululliTake responsibility for shipping features live in front of customers, demonstrating confidence and accountability for your work /li /ulh3bWhat we're looking for /b /h3ulli3+ years of full-stack development experience /li /ululliKnowledge of Elixir or similar backend languages /li /ululliProficiency in frontend frameworks like React and database technologies such as PostgreSQL /li /ululliStrong product mindset, with the ability to prioritize user experience and business needs /li /ululliSolid fundamentals in HTML, CSS,
