Your Role As a Program Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects with strong technological and strategic impact. You’ll take full ownership from planning to execution, coordinate international teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership — driving alignment, innovation, and transformation across markets.
A few examples of your responsibilities Plan and lead complex fintech and banking programs, defining roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs. Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. Tech and Product) and manage vendors or clients. Drive the successful delivery of multi-stream programs aligned with BKN301’s strategy. Build and maintain governance and reporting frameworks for visibility and control. Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
Promote Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in fintech, banking, or consulting. Proven track record in IT transformation programs, migrations, or regulatory-driven projects. Experience managing complex, international programs (multi-country or multi-stream). Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across technical and business areas. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Fluent in English. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence).
Nice to have: Background in finance, economics, or consulting (Big4). Experience in scaleups or fintech environments (BaaS, payments, digital banking). Knowledge of PSD2, AML, GDPR, and cloud/SaaS ecosystems. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
What We Offer Hybrid working model based in Milan. Permanent, full-time contract with a salary range of €50.000 – €60.000 RAL, based on experience and skills.
