As an Electrical Engineer you will play a central role in transforming ideas into real products that meet customer expectations for performance, safety, quality, and cost.
You lead technical development across the product lifecycle — from design solutions to testing, validation, and production readiness.
This role is practical, collaborative, and impactful, with opportunities to influence product decisions and work directly with customers and suppliers.
You will be independently responsible within the electrical department reporting to the Product engineering Department (Dpt.) for developing electrical components (mainly wire-harness) from the quotation phase to series production in the complete seat system and you will be integrated into our project teams and work closely with departments such as Structure, Foam, Trim, CAD, Testing, Prototype Building, FMEA and assembly plants. You will work closely as well with suppliers and final customers. Lead technical development of electrical components (mainly wire-harness)
