As a Facilities Supervisor, you will manage the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed effectively.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the point of contact for communications between landlords, tenants, and service providers, ensuring that all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
Review data from work order reports; prepare and present performance and progress status reports to management. Propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Plan and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the facility.
Conduct market research and perform cost-agevolazioni analyses when evaluating new vendors.
Monitor regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
Analyze complex issues and identify appropriate approaches to reach team objectives.
Develop new techniques to ensure the team consistently meets its objectives.
Maintain a direct impact on team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
Ensure individual and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
Demonstrate professional excellence and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function, with knowledge of related areas.
Ability to communicate complex concepts and handle sensitive information effectively.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, inquisitive mindset.
