/liliYou will be in charge of defining ERP governance, standards, and best practices. /liliYou will ensure system reliability, data integrity, and security compliance. /liliYou will identify process bottlenecks and drive automation. /liliYou will provide support, manage incidents, and perform root-cause analysis. /liliYou will also coordinate UAT, upgrades, and zero-downtime deployments. /liliMoreover, you will oversee data quality, documentation, and user training. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequired Skills Experience: /strong /pulliDynamics 365 ERP experience (FO). /lili5+ years in ERP implementation or solution ownership. /liliStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. /liliFluency in English. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongNice to Have: /strong /pulliDynamics 365 certifications. /liliExperience in global/multi-company environments. /liliKnowledge of ITIL or Agile methodologies. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongOther information /strong /ppLocation: Italy, Asolo (TV) /ppCompensation Package - From €50,000 (Depending on experience) /p
