A Day In The Life
In the role of Trade Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the Monster Energy brand—owning and executing bold, long-term sales and distribution strategies that power growth and dominate the market. You’ll take full charge of distributor and bottler performance across the assigned Coca-Cola Operating Unit territory, ensuring every channel delivers maximum impact and results. Success in this high-energy role comes from sharp negotiation skills, relentless field execution, and the ability to build strong,
influential relationships that open doors and accelerate performance—turning plans into action and action into undeniable market wins.
The Impact You'll Make
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration or related field
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in sales
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in retail, wholesaler or distributor sales environment
- Computer Skills Desired: Advance user of Microsoft Office
- Preferred Certifications: N/A

Who You Are
- Manage relationships with the distributors and some customers in the assigned territory. Responsible for market execution in the territory in Traditional Trade and Modern Trade.
- Maximize the sale and distribution of all company products in the assigned region through the establishment and appropriate executi
