Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement
procurement strategies
aligned with project objectives.
- Manage the full procurement process for goods and services, from
RFQ
to contract award.
- Analyze
technical specifications
, drawings, and scope of work.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop
qualified suppliers and subcontractors
.
- Negotiate
commercial terms, prices, delivery times, and contract conditions.
- Monitor
supplier performance
to ensure quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate
with Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Manage purchase orders,
expediting
, documentation, and change orders.
- Identify
cost‑saving opportunities
and support value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure
compliance
with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum
7+ years of experience
as Buyer in EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy,



Petrochemical, or Industrial Construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of
procurement processes
, contracts, and Incoterms.
- Experience in
strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management
.
- Proficiency in
SAP
or other ERP systems.
- Advanced
Excel
and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong
analytical, organizational, and communication
skills.
- Ability to work in a
multicultural, fast‑paced
environment.
- Fluent English
(written and spoken).
