Company & Role Overview:

Moellhausen SpA (www.moellhausen.com) is an Italian Company, world reference in the field of aromas and fragrances.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Support, who will join Moellhausen Product Marketing Dept. at the company’s Headquarters in Caponago (MB), Italy.

The role is intended to support and promote higher efficacy of marketing and sales activity worldwide. The candidate will support the development of proactive fragrance collections, prepare and deliver impactful product presentations, will collaborate in the preparation of international exhibitions, special events and trainings.

The Product Marketing Support will report to the Product Innovation & Go-To-Market Director.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Providing operational assistance to all activities of the Product Marketing Team, interacting with R&D;, Technical Depts., Logistics, Institutional Marketing or Sales when needed;
- Support the preparation of global fragrance development;
- Collaborate in the preparation and logistics of special events, international exhibitions and olfactory workshops;
- Prepare marketing materials (presentations, storytelling, moodboards, graphic materials, etc…) to support fragrance concepts and collections;
- Manage the office fragrance “library”,



keeping it always complete and updated;
- Manage and interact with suppliers to support marketing activities.

Requirements:

- At least 1 first experience in Marketing or Communication
- BSc in Marketing / Communication or equivalent education
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Excellent in both written and spoken Italian and English. The knowledge of further languages is a strong plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
- Interest in fragrances and the world of scents
- National or international travelling may be required.

Salary range:

25.000 - 28.000 gross annual salary ((based on experience and seniority).

Contract Type:

Fixed-term contract (initial duration of 6 months), with the possibility of extension.
