Multilingual B2B & Online Reputation Agent (Level 3)
? Remote – EU timezones preferred

Role Overview
We are looking for Level 3 agents to handle a dual role:
- B2B outbound calls → book meetings with professional clients and manage calendars for our B2B team.
- Online Reputation (e-rep) → manage outbound calls with customers, negotiate removal or revision of negative reviews, and strengthen brand reputation across review platforms (Trustpilot, Google, FB, etc.).
This is a full ownership role, requiring autonomy, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects (B2B) to book qualified meetings.
- Manage e-reputation by contacting clients and negotiating resolution of negative reviews.
- Write and post clear,
professional responses across review and social platforms.
- Maintain daily activity tracking, reporting, and KPIs.
- Deliver consistent volume and quality, with a focus on persuasive communication.
Profile
Profile Requirements
- Level 3 agent: autonomous, professional, proactive.
- Experience in sales, B2B outbound, or online reputation management.
- Multilingual (English + Italian/Spanish/French preferred).
- Comfortable with outbound calls and persuasive negotiation.
- Ability to handle both B2B and customer-facing conversations with professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Performance-based premio (no cap) linked to activity volume & KPIs.
