The institute is recognized worldwide for its contribution to the field of tumor immunology and to the understanding of the inflammation-cancer connection. /ppWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Laboratory Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will support the Laboratory Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of laboratory practices.
Your contributions will be vital in fostering an innovative, efficient, and safe laboratory environment. The successful candidate will receive training and will report directly to the Laboratory Manager. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the Lab Manager in overseeing and coordinating all laboratory operations to ensure optimal productivity and alignment with organizational goals; /liliSupervise daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements; /liliContribute to project planning and execution by coordinating timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress across multiple research initiatives; /liliDevelop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across laboratory processes; /liliCollaborate with the Lab Manager to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, staffing, and long-term resource planning; /liliAct as a key communication link between laboratory staff, management, ensuring smooth information flow and operational transparency. /li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field; /liliStrong teamwork skills; /liliFull technical knowledge of all laboratory areas; /liliExcellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail; /liliProficiency in written and spoken English /li /ulpAll candidate data collected from the application shall be processed in accordance with applicable law: Dlgs 198/2006 e dei Dlgs 215/2003 e 216/2003; privacy ex artt. 13 e 14 del Reg.
