Bluestar Silicones is committed to enabling its people and partners to live the difference and opening brighter horizons ahead. /p pThe Caronno Pertusella site plays a key role in the production and industrialization of silicone solutions, with high requirements in terms of quality, responsiveness, and industrial performance. /p pThe candidate will be placed in the quality control department of the plant to ensure that our products provide a high level of quality that meets Customers’ expectations. In this role he/she will maintain our system to control the quality of the products. /p pThe candidate will be involved also with problem-solving and continuous improvement activities. /p h3Duties Responsibilities :
/h3 ul liComplete the quality control in accordance with the control plan established in the due time /li liManagement of CoA /li liInternal calibration of instruments /li li5S /li liSupport in case of Customer audits management /li liSupport in case of Customer Complaint analysis, /li liSupport in case of Certification body audit /li liProblem solving approach /li liIdentification of improvement actions /li liReporting activities /li liInternal/process non conformity analysis /li liContinuous Improvement activities /li /ul h3Experience Education: /h3 ul liHigh school graduation or bachelor or master degree in chemical /li li2 – 3 years of experience in quality control laboratories of chemical companies – pharmaceutical chemist. Applications with less experience will also be evaluated. /li liWelcome knowledge in SAP (QM module) /li liBasic knowledge of standard ISO 9001 applied to the quality control laboratories /li liBasic knnowledge of statistical technicals /li liOrganized, systematic, autonomous and disciplined person /li liGood communication skills and build successful interpersonal relationships /li liGood computer skills /li liItalian: native/fluent /li liEnglish: spoken and written B1 (Intermediate) /li /ul h3Offer Details: /h3 ul liCollective Labour Agreement (CLA) chemical and pharmaceutical industries /li liGross Annual Salary (RAL): 31.000/40.000 /li liWorking Hours: Full-Time / This role involves working on a shift basis / On-Site /li liWork place: Caronno Pertusella (VA) - Italy /li /ul pWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
