Global Commercial, a key sub-function within Care Enablement, plays a vital role in advancing Fresenius Medical Care’s mission to improve the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease. The team brings together Sales, Marketing, Global Sales Excellence, and Global Technical Operations,
working collaboratively to deliver high-quality medical devices, technical services, and impactful commercial strategies across global markets.
The Managing Director Italy – Care Enablement drives commercial excellence, business performance, and sustainable growth in Italy. The role leads Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, while acting as the overall country leader for the Care Enablement business.
Beyond direct commercial responsibility, the position ensures effective coordination across key functions such as HR, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, Quality, and Regulatory. The role translates global and regional strategies into local execution, ensuring strong customer focus, compliance, cross-functional alignment, and sustainable business results.
