InterContinental Hotels Group in Sicily seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead People & Culture for the pre-opening and ongoing operations, building the HR department from the ground up and guiding processes across hiring, onboarding and compliance.
You will recruit 90–100 colleagues, implement HR policies aligned with Italian legislation, and foster a culture of trust, inclusion and excellence within the ExCom.
