ppSummary: With oversight and direction of the Administrative Services Manager, this position is responsible for providing support services to accounting staff, audit staff, bookkeepers, managers, and partners. Interacts with clients in person and on the phone. /p h3Essential Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liOperating the firm’s telephone system and directing calls. /li liResponsible for communicating client requests to staff and partners. /li liBe courteous, pleasant, and helpful, when dealing with clients and staff. /li liReceives and assists visitors to the office, serving liquid refreshments to clients or guests on request. /li liUpdating and maintaining data tracking systems, processing typing correspondence, reports, and miscellaneous items. /li liSchedules appointments and call to confirm appointments. /li liUsing computer software and relational databases to perform necessary functions. /li liScan and save investment statements. /li liMaintaining adequate supplies of all internal forms and checklists. /li liTake responsibility for packages left for client pick up. /li liMaintain the strict confidentiality of the firm’s clients and business transaction.
/li liPerforms other duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Google Drive, ShareFile, or similar cloud client portal. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liMust be able to communicate clearly and concisely with team members and clients. /li liAttention to detail. /li liAbility to prioritize and multitask. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. /li liNeeds to be organized to keep projects on track. /li /ul h3Education And Experience /h3 ul liHS Diploma required. Associate degree preferred. /li liAt least 3 years of experience. /li /ul h3Physical/Mental/Visual Demands And Work Environment /h3 ul liThis job is conducted in an office work environment, sitting most of the time, working on a computer. /li liMust be able to exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally. /li liSome travel may be required. /li /ul h3Work Schedule /h3 ul liTypically, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. /li liOccasionally require evening and weekends. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
