In this role you lead a team of Field Service Engineers across the EMEA region to ensure installation, maintenance, and repair of Vertiv equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You drive performance through KPIs, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and develop the team to meet service targets. This position offers impact by strengthening service delivery, elevating customer relationships, and supporting strategic priorities like operational excellence and innovation. Lead and develop a team of Field Service Engineers across designated territories. Ensure timely, high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services. Drive performance via KPIs, efficiency metrics, and continuous improvement. Maintain safety, policy, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
Foster strong customer relationships and act as escalation point to ensure satisfaction. Identify training needs and develop technical and soft skills within the team. Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing to optimize coverage.
