Senior Key Account Manager E-commerce

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Key Account Manager
to manage and grow our key accounts on the online channel. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for developing strong and lasting relationships with
clients, deeply understanding their business goals, and creating and
implementing effective e-commerce strategies to achieve those goals. The ideal
candidate combines strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in e-commerce
analytics, digital shelf optimization, and performance marketing

Key Responsibilities:

· Own the holistic e-commerce business across key pureplay accounts, with
accountability for revenue growth, market share, and profitability.

· Develop and execute joint business plans grounded in robust performance KPIs
(traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, media ROI, etc.).

· Drive digital growth levers including media investment, on-site merchandising,
content optimization, and promotional strategy.

· Partner with CRM/marketing teams to activate lifecycle programs that improve
customer acquisition, repeat purchase,



and LTV.

· Analyze performance using e-commerce and media analytics tools; translate
insights into clear actions and growth strategies.

· Lead negotiations on commercial terms, trade investment, and activation plans
aligned to ROI and brand objectives.

· Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, supply chain, finance, content) to
ensure operational excellence and digital readiness.

· Optimize digital shelf fundamentals: assortment, availability, pricing,
ratings & reviews, search visibility, and conversion drivers.

· Prepare high-impact business reviews and growth proposals for internal
stakeholders and external partners.

· Stay ahead of evolving e-commerce trends, platform innovations, and
competitive dynamics.

Requirements:

· Degree in economics, marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience of at least 5-7 years as a Key Account Manager or similar
role in the e-commerce sector
