This is an on-site role based in the Data Centers it supports 100% of the time. It also requires travel to other site locations within the cluster on a weekly basis.
The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector. The position is classified at level 7 or above,



depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.
Key job responsibilities
The Data Center Operations Site HR Partner in our Builder Experience Team (BeXT) focuses on the Builder experience. In this role, you will collaborate with Data Center Operations leaders, HRBPs, and partner teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies from talent and performance management, compensation, employee relations and other HR functions across the cluster of Data Centers you support. This role also has a special focus on leveraging Builder listening mechanisms to proactively monitor and analyze Builder sentiment trends, and provide regular sentiment updates and recommended actions to site leadership and HR Business Partners.
