pp1.Fully responsible for local recruitment in the Italian region, including: /pulliCommunicating with business departments to clarify hiring needs and develop recruitment plans; /liliPosting job ads, proactively sourcing and screening CVs; /liliCoordinating interview schedules, following up on interview feedback and evaluation processes; /liliMaintaining and expanding recruitment channels (LinkedIn, local job boards, university collaborations, etc.), and building/updating talent pools. /li /ulp2.Support the implementation of HQ HR strategies in the Italian region, responsible for organizing and updating policy documents, process forms, and local practice materials to ensure standardization and accuracy. /pp3.Assist in daily HR operations in the Italian region, including employee management, training organization, team culture implementation, etc., and optimize relevant documents and process records. /pp4.Organize and archive basic documentation related to labor compliance and data compliance.
/ph3Requirements: /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Linguistics, or related fields. /liliBasic knowledge of HR management; strong willingness to learn and good communication skills. 1–2 years of HR internship or work experience preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome. /liliStrong sense of responsibility and execution, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time well. /liliWorking proficiency in Chinese, English, and Italian – Italian required for written and basic oral communication as a working language. /liliExcellent cross-cultural awareness and team spirit; honest, rigorous, proactive, and able to quickly integrate into a diverse team. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
