pstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppThe Integration Manager (MA Post-Integration) is responsible for leading end-to-end post-merger integration execution across DKSH#39;s business, functional, and geographic workstreams. This role is critical to realizing the full value of DKSH#39;s acquisitions by translating deal intent into structured execution, driving synergy capture, and ensuring seamless organizational and operational convergence. /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat You Will Deliver /strong /pulliLead end-to-end post-merger integration execution across business, functional, and geographic workstreams, ensuring full alignment with the original deal thesis and strategic objectives. /liliTranslate signed deal assumptions into a detailed integration roadmap, milestones, and deliverables that guide cross-functional teams from Day 1 through stabilization. /liliDrive synergy realization including cost savings, revenue synergies, and operational efficiencies, tracking performance against agreed targets and escalating deviations early. /liliEstablish and govern integration governance frameworks including steering committees, workstream cadences, and escalation paths to maintain accountability and momentum. /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams across Human Resources (HR), Finance, Information Technology (IT), Commercial, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned and timely execution. /liliIdentify, manage, and resolve key integration risks, issues, and dependencies in partnership with accountable workstream owners. /liliOversee Day 1, Day 100, and stabilization phases to protect business continuity and minimize operational disruption. /liliEnsure data, systems, and process integration across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and reporting structures are executed as planned. /liliLead change management and communication plans to reduce disruption, protect employee retention, and maintain organizational confidence throughout the integration journey. /liliTrack and report integration progress, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),



and value capture outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and precision. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat You Bring /strong /pulliBachelor#39;s degree in Scientific, Engineering, or a related field. /liliMaster of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory. /liliMin. 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (MA), management consulting, transformation, or large-scale program delivery. /liliPrior experience leading post-merger integration or carve-out transactions is strongly preferred. /liliStrong project and program management capability across large, complex transformations with multiple concurrent workstreams. /liliSolid understanding of the MA lifecycle from deal origination and due diligence through to integration execution. /liliExperience working with financial models, synergy models, and performance tracking frameworks. /liliDemonstrated ability to structure and manage multi-workstream execution including timelines, progress trackers, and governance mechanisms. /liliExposure to business process harmonization and system integration across ERP and CRM environments. /liliStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and external advisors. /liliStructured problem-solving capability and sound decision-making in complex, fast-moving environments. /liliHigh ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and deliver results. /liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable execution plans. /liliData-driven and detail-oriented approach to managing integration performance and outcomes. /liliFluency in Italian (required) and French an advantage /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhy Join DKSH /strong /ppAt DKSH, we help companies grow globally and enable people to perform at their best.
