Join us as we empower tomorrow’s world at work. /p h3bCommunity Manager | Community /b /h3 h3bAbout the Opportunity /b /h3 pAs a Community Manager, you will be required to report to buildings you manage each day and will be the owner of the Member experience in each building in your portfolio, generally 2-4. You will also be responsible for ensuring we are meeting our member’s needs and our WeWork global standards and targets on member experience satisfaction. /p pDepending on the location you are assigned, you’ll either work with a variety of members from different backgrounds and industries, or focus your efforts on one of our Enterprise clients. Employees supporting our Enterprise locations may have different holidays, technical systems, operational and relationship requirements, and property management responsibilities than employees in our Classic locations. /p pbYour work, which will include but not be limited to the duties listed below, will help WeWork to achieve the following: /b /p pbMembership Engagement Retention: /b /p ul lipAssume ownership and manage the relationship with key accounts within the multiple buildings you oversee. /p /li lipEnsure all accounts within your buildings have an assigned point of contact. /p /li lipMeet with members to resolve issues, process member terminations, and other issues of complexity. /p /li lipServe as a point of escalation and be a final decision maker on WeWork policies and procedures to members. /p /li lipMonitor the Medallia escalation process to ensure alerts are being properly addressed. /p /li lipBe accountable for member retention, Net Promoter Scores, and overall member satisfaction. /p /li lipReview Net Promoter Scores and member satisfaction results regularly and implement building-specific plans to improve KPIs. /p /li lipLead building site tours for VIPs as needed. /p /li lipCommunicate and drive the success of business updates, process changes, company initiatives, and goals to the team. /p /li /ul pbBuilding Operations and Management: /b /p ul lipEnsure quality and upkeep expectations are being adhered to and SLAs for member submitted requests are being met. /p /li lipHold the team accountable for general operational policies and standards.



/p /li lipEngage with Landlords in conjunction with the Asset Director and Real Estate to handle any building-related escalations. /p /li lipEscalate reoccurring issues as it relates to 3rd party vendors to appropriate teams for resolution. /p /li lipBe accountable for building-level Opex in partnership with the Building Operations team. /p /li lipConduct tours of the space for potential new members while sharing benefits tailored to their needs. /p /li lipAnalyze cluster ancillary revenue data, drive initiatives to increase ancillary revenue in your cluster and partner with central teams on ancillary revenue driving projects (i.e. private events, partnerships, parking, etc). /p /li lipOversee Community responsibilities for Member companies in buildings where Community is not present which may include owning certain operational duties, liaising with Sales and Account Management, as well as supporting specific contractual agreements. /p /li /ul pbTeam Management: /b /p ul lipOversee and lead teams within your buildings to execute on their objectives as an individual and a team to reach business member goals. /p /li lipEnsure teams have been trained thoroughly during the on-boarding process and have the tools necessary to succeed in their respective roles. /p /li lipEnsure your time is split appropriately between your buildings to make sure teams feel supported in their day-to-day activities. /p /li lipSupport direct reports in the creation of a development plan, through ongoing tailored coaching and by meeting with them weekly in a one-on-one setting to deliver feedback. /p /li lipSupport individuals to pursue meaningful growth opportunities, within the role and through promotion. Recognize positive performance as appropriate. /p /li lipTrack performance of direct reports regularly and conduct performance management reviews in sync with WeWork’s People Calendar. /p /li /ul pbBudget Setting Expense Tracking: /b /p ul liProvide input to and set monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets Review monthly building budget and result comprehensively for optimization. /li /ul h3bAbout You /b /h3 pWe’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below: /p ul lip5+ years or equivalent experience in hospitality, marketing, multi-unit retail,



startups, finance, consulting, or related experience. Customer service experience required. /p /li lip2+ years of management experience of leading a team made up of individual contributors /p /li lipBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or other related degrees /p /li lipUnderstanding and experience leading a team /p /li lipMust have strong verbal and written communication skills, project management, and business operations experience /p /li lipLike challenges, and embraces change in a fast-paced environment /p /li lipDemonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion /p /li /ul h3bCompensation: /b /h3 pbCollective Agreement: /b CCNL Terziario /p pbClassification: /b Level 1 (Impiegato/a) /p pbBase Pay: /b 52,000 EUR gross per annum /p pbIncentive: /b WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. The annual incentive target for this role is 15% of annual base salary. Your recruiter will provide more details on the incentive plan for this role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment.
