Senior Brand Manager – Limoncè

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Group Marketing team, leading global brand strategy for one of our iconic Italian brands: Limoncè. This is a role at the heart of our international portfolio, working closely with domestic brand teams across our markets to shape the future of a brand with deep roots in Italian tradition.

You will be the strategic guardian of the brand internationally, partnering closely with domestic marketing teams, innovation, communication, insights, and commercial functions to drive brand equity, growth, and cultural relevance across key global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the brand's global ambition, positioning, architecture, and innovation pipeline, translating them into clear brand key messages and a long-term vision.
- Define the brand's global identity, BTL key visuals, ATL creative platform and campaign assets, and "hero" POS concepts, developed in partnership with creative agencies.
- Build and maintain a complete global brand toolkit for use by markets, reflecting domestic teams' asset needs identified through the annual planning process.
- Set strategic direction for sponsorship, activation platforms, and partnerships in line with the brand's consumer passion points, for domestic teams to activate locally.
- Drive the innovation pipeline end-to-end, from concept to launch, including new serves, formats, and limited editions.
- Collaborate with domestic brand teams to translate global strategy into market-specific activation guidance, supporting their adaptation of assets and ensuring global brand and hero POS consistency across markets.
- Monitor and evaluate category, consumer, and competitor trends in the aperitivo space and translate findings into business actions
What We're Looking For:
- 5–8+ years of brand management experience, ideally within spirits, beverages, or FMCG.
- Proven experience managing international or global brands across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of the beverage sector, especially Aperitivos, is highly valued.
- Excellent strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across cultures
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
- Willingness to occasionally travel internationally
- A genuine passion for the aperitivo culture and lifestyle.
- Based in Italy; location near Milan, home to our local office, is a plus.
