Managing the pre-onboarding and onboarding of new hirings /liliFollow-ups: collecting consultants' needs,
requests and expectations in order to ensure their well-being, also by collaborating with all necessary support departments. You will also evaluate, define and agree upon the professional development of each consultant /liliOrganization: you will be responsible for ensuring that business units are appropriately staffed in terms of quantity and quality of technical profiles; this includes responsibilities related to changes and transfers between projects /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3pYou are the perfect match if: /pulliYou have a degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or Law; a Master in HR will be considered a plus; /liliYou have around 6 - 7 years of experience in HR management, talent acquisition. Experience in IT consulting companies will be considered a plus; /liliYou are willing to take on a new challenge where you will have the responsibility to develop new HR management strategies, tools, and procedures. You will also be in charge of a team of people managers; /liliYou have good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
