Job Responsibility
- Deliver an elevated and memorable in-store experience, embodying Canali's brand values.
- Build authentic relationships with clients, understanding both expressed and unexpressed needs, and tailoring the experience accordingly.
- Act as a trusted style advisor, guiding clients through a refined and personalized selling ceremony.
- Develop long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and after-sales care.
- Contribute to the success of the boutique by achieving individual and team performance targets.
- Promote and integrate the Made to Measure and MeByCanali services within the client journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a high-end customer-focused environment.
- Strong sensitivity to client experience, with a natural ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of Made-to-Measure is considered a strong asset.
- Team-oriented mindset combined with a proactive and autonomous approach.
- Comfortable with digital tools supporting clientelling and sales activities.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
- Understanding of retail operations, including sales processes and stock management.
What Do We Offer
- Starting gross annual salary of €33,000, in line with the classification provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement in Commercial sector (CCNL Commercio) for "impiegato" employees. The final salary and grading level will be de
