Your role
We are looking for a Quality Project Engineer to join our Quality team in Agordo. The role is focused on improving quality performance in production, analysing data and defects, and driving concrete actions to make processes more stable, efficient and reliable. This is a hands‑on position, close to the production area, ideal for someone with a solid quality background and a strong interest in continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor quality KPIs, scrap trends and recurring defects to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Define and follow up corrective and preventive actions to improve product conformity and process reliability.
- Support the stabilization and improvement of production processes, working closely with Production and Quality teams.
- Manage quality deviations and critical issues, contributing to risk assessments and recovery plans when needed.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, optimising processes and improving quality results.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects, audits and the implementation of quality standards within the production area.
Main Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
- Previous experience in quality, quality engineering or production quality within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of quality KPIs, root cause analysis, process improvement and corrective actions.
- Analytical and structured approach, with the ability to turn data and problems into practical improvement actions.
- Proactive mindset, curiosity and willingness to work closely with production teams in a dynamic environment.
