About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for freelance/contract work in Cornaredo (MI), Italy. This is an on-site position supporting mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities.Compensation€20-28/hr (EUR hourly)Rates vary based on experience level and project complexity. and labelingPerform cross-connects and patch panel workTroubleshoot connectivity and hardware issuesDocument all work with photos and detailed notesCoordinate with remote NOC and client teams2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experienceStrong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber)Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environmentsOwn transportation and ability to work on-siteProfessional communication skills in EnglishData center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or similar) – preferredNetwork certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) – preferredExperience with DCIM and ticketing systems – preferredFamiliarity with major colocation providers – preferredStandard tools: screwdrivers, cable testers, label makers, fiber inspection equipment#J-18808-Ljbffr
