This role requires strong skills in negotiation, budgeting, and supplier relationship management. /ppbr / /ppstronguMain responsibilities /u /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongProcurement Strategy Operations /strong /pulliPurchase equipment, goods, and services at the best value without compromising on quality. /liliDevelop and implement purchasing policies and cost-saving strategies. /liliForecast product demand and manage stock levels efficiently. /liliConduct market research to identify and evaluate new suppliers and products. /liliEnsure timely reordering and availability of essential materials and consumables. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSupplier Management Negotiation /strong /pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors. /liliNegotiate short and long-term contracts to secure favorable terms. /liliEvaluate supplier performance and ensure alignment with quality and ethical standards. /liliKeep updated supplier records, price histories, and contract documentation.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongFinancial Cost Control /strong /pulliMonitoring procurement spend against budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities; br / /liliReviewing pricevariances and supplier terms; br / /liliManaging and supporting tender processes and contract negotiations; br / /liliCoordinating closely with Finance on POs, invoice matching, payment terms and budget control; br / /liliMonitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQuality Compliance /strong /pulliOversee product quality, shipping, storage, and technical requirements. /liliEnsure all purchased goods meet design, safety, and QA specifications. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongTeam Leadership Collaboration /strong /pulliSupervise and support purchasing staff. /liliCollaborate with FB Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Receivers to align on needs. /liliWork closely with finance, operations and Heads of Departments for budgeting and procurement alignment. /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguQualifications /u /strong /pulliDegree in Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 3 years’ experience as a Purchasing Manager in the luxury hospitality or FB sector. /liliProven ability to lead, develop, and manage a purchasing team effectively. /liliStrong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. /liliFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken). /liliExcellent computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguBenefits /u /strong /pulliSalary Range: 45.000€ to 55.000€ gross per year /liliDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond. /liliCareer Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.
