We foster a culture ofbresilience, challenge, respect, excellence, /bandbchange /b, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes. /p pWe’re currently looking for abTreasury Officer – Project Finance /bto join our M Renewables team in Italy in ourbMilan /boffices. /p pbYour role will encompass /b: /p ul liPreparing presentations, Information Memorandums, bank teasers and reports addressed to banks for Project Financing transactions /li liManaging complex financial models to analyse debt funding and returns /li liEvaluating bankability aspects of projects documents (EPC, OM, PPA) and providing support with quantitative analytical analysis /li liSelection of specialized Advisors and Due Diligence coordination /li liDealing execution including financial close process, CPs satisfaction and drawdowns /li liFinance documents administration, compliance reports,
undertakings reportin and waiver process /li /ul pbWhat you bring to the role /b: /p ul liBachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration. A Master's Degree in a related field will be considered an asset /li li1/2 years'proven experience in banks, advisory firm or big organization with similar responsabilities /li liStrong knowledge in Project Financing documentation, due diligence and financial close process /li liKnowledge of legal and accounting principles of non-recourse financing /li liExcellent knowledge of MS Office toolset, especially Excel and PowerPoint /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liItaliand and English knowledge /li liAttractive remuneration package /li liFriendly and professional working environment /li liCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt a flexible cooperation model to achieve fast results and increase productivity /li /ul pFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news /p pWe respect your personal data.
