We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day. /ph3About The Role /h3pAs a Welding School Support, you will provide operational, administrative, and logistical support to the Welding School, ensuring the smooth execution of training activities and the accurate management of training data and materials. /ppYou will report to the Welding School Lead Suppliers Coordinator and be located at the Monfalcone site. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCreate, submit, and track Purchase Requisitions (PR) for welding consumables, tools, safety equipment, and training materials; /liliSupport the purchasing department to ensure the timely delivery of required materials; /liliMaintain and update training databases, attendance records, qualification logs, certification records, and training hours; /liliSupport instructors in preparing training booths and organizing materials for practical welding sessions; /liliVerify the availability of tools, equipment, and consumables required for daily training activities; /liliMonitor inventory levels of raw materials, gases, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE),
ensuring accurate stock records; /liliSupport the tracking and reporting of Welding School activities and performance data;Promote compliance with Welding School safety procedures and verify the correct use of PPE; /liliMaintain an organized, safe, and efficient training environment; /liliComply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security). /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliHigh School Diploma; /liliMin 1 year of experience in administrative support; /liliStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data management; /liliGood organizational and planning skills; /liliProactive attitude and ability to support multiple activities simultaneously; /liliFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/ERP; /liliStrong communication and teamwork skills; /li /ulpWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
