The Client Value Partner Role at Exelab

Exelab builds custom, AI-powered solutions, each one tailor-made to a client's specific business objective. We run every engagement like a small product effort: we start from a real problem and craft a solution to move a real metric (revenue, efficiency, conversion, retention). We work in small, tight teams, close to the client's business, and we use AI directly in how we design and build. What matters to us is the impact we create for clients.

The Client Value Partner owns Exelab's relationship with a set of clients and the value we create for them. The Client Value Partner is the trusted presence at the table: someone who understands each client's business deeply, finds where Exelab can move a real metric, and turns that into a real solution, doing the analysis and the functional design and working with a Solution Architect on the technical depth. The role is about growing each client over time, turning a first engagement into a lasting relationship. It spans several clients and industries through the year,



so it rewards someone who reads a business fast and carries real standing with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

The Client Value Partner owns the relationship and the value for a portfolio of clients. The core responsibilities:
- Own the client relationship:
Be the person the client trusts. Stay close to their business, understand where they are heading, and be present at the moments that matter (including in person). The Client Value Partner is accountable for the health of the relationship and for putting Exelab's effort where it creates the most value.
- Find where the value is:
Run the discovery that surfaces the real problems and opportunities. Ask the questions that get to what genuinely moves the client's numbers, and turn that into a clear direction worth pursuing.
- Analyze the need and design the solution:
Turn the opportunity into a concrete solution: do the analysis and the functional design, l
