The role requires a hands-on leader capable of translating financial insights into business decisions while maintaining rigorous oversight of financial planning, reporting, treasury, and operational efficiency. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /ppemStrategic Financial Leadership /em /pulliServe as the executive leader responsible for the financial health and performance of the Italian parent company and affiliated entities. /liliPartner with the Head of Group Finance and the business leaders to develop and execute the organization's long-term financial strategy.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic investments, acquisitions, capital allocation, and growth initiatives. /liliDevelop financial models and scenario planning to support executive decision-making. /liliPresent financial performance, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership and shareholders. /liliManage relationships with investors and other key external financial stakeholders. /liliContinuously improve financial planning, reporting processes, and decision-support systems to enhance business performance. /li /ulpbr / /ppemFinancial Planning Analysis /em /pulliLead the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. /liliMonitor financial performance against strategic objectives. /liliDevelop KPI dashboards and executive reporting. /liliAnalyze profitability, cash flow, and operating performance. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and return on investment. /li /ulpbr / /ppemAccounting Financial Reporting /em /pulliOversee all accounting operations in accordance with Italian GAAP and IFRS, as applicable. /liliEnsure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. /liliCoordinate year-end close processes. /liliLead relationships with external auditors and accounting advisors. /liliEnsure strong internal financial controls and accounting policies.



/li /ulpbr / /ppemTreasury Cash Management /em /pulliManage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning. /liliOversee banking relationships. /liliOptimize working capital management. /liliSupport financing activities and capital structure planning. /liliMonitor foreign exchange exposure where applicable. /li /ulpbr / /ppemTax Compliance /em /pulliCoordinate with external tax advisors regarding corporate tax planning and compliance. /liliEnsure timely completion of statutory tax filings. /liliSupport transfer pricing documentation where required. /liliOversee VAT compliance and reporting. /liliEnsure compliance with Italian regulatory requirements. /li /ulpbr / /ppemCorporate Governance /em /pulliLead corporate governance activities for the Italian parent company and affiliated entities. /liliCoordinate Board of Directors meetings and shareholder meetings. /liliPrepare governance documentation and corporate resolutions. /liliMaintain corporate records and statutory books. /liliEnsure compliance with corporate governance requirements under Italian law. /liliCoordinate legal entity administration and corporate filings. /liliSupport the implementation of governance best practices across the organization. /li /ulpbr / /ppemRisk Management /em /pulliIdentify financial, operational, and regulatory risks. /liliDevelop appropriate internal controls and mitigation strategies. /liliOversee corporate insurance programs. /liliMonitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations. /liliSupport enterprise risk management initiatives. /li /ulpbr / /ppemAdministration Business Operations /em /pulliProvide leadership for administrative functions supporting the Italian organization. /liliDevelop scalable administrative processes and operating procedures. /liliOversee vendor contracts and key business service providers. /liliDrive operational efficiencies through process improvement and technology. /li /ulpbr / /ppemMergers, Acquisitions Corporate Development /em /pulliSupport financial due diligence for acquisitions and strategic investments. /liliAssist with post-acquisition integration activities. /liliEvaluate investment opportunities through financial analysis and business case development. /liliCoordinate with legal, finance, and external advisors during transactions. /li /ulpbr / /ppemLeadership /em /pulliBuild and develop a high-performing finance and administration team. /liliFoster collaboration across finance, legal, HR, operations /liliPromote accountability, continuous improvement, and strong financial stewardship.
