Job Description You will join our Retail & Point of Sales team, supporting business transformation and digitalization projects for retail clients in an international context.
Your Missions * Gather and document requirements for retail and point of sales system enhancements and new features * Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams * Prepare configuration guidelines for retail and POS solutions * Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met * Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate retail business needs into technical specifications * Identify gaps in existing retail and POS functionalities and propose improvements * Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design * Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams Your Profile * 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on retail and point of sales projects * Experience in requirements gathering, documentation,
