/p ul liDeciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage. /li liDrawing plans using specialised design software packages. /li liEnsuring plans meet the Customer's specifications. /li liMaking estimations for timescales and costs. /li liSupervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems. /li liCollaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals. /li liBe accountable for the control and supervision, monitoring and guidance of the day-to-day activities of the Planning team. /li liSupervising, delivering a resourced robust baseline project schedules (team size dependent). /li liOverseeing the coordination and production of all project plans and associated documents (S curves, Histograms, tabulated man-hour / progress data). /li liProviding the Management Team with the relevant contract information. /li liEnsuring that all services and deliverables conform to Company, client and Project QA Plan, policies,requirements and standards. /li liPromoting good working relations within the Project Controls Teams and other project departments and Customer representatives. /li liEnsuring all planning work is carried out in compliance with Corporate and Project specific procedures /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
