Since 1934, it has promoted the values of Made in Italy excellence through its artisanal know-how, creating sartorial masterpieces of extraordinary fit and comfort in a perfect balance of elements that blends culture and history with style and taste. /p h3Position Location /h3 pSovico, Italy, MB /p h3Job Responsability /h3 ul liPartner with store teams EU and regional retail offices worldwide, providing operational support and ensuring the correct application of company procedures and standards. /li liMonitor and analyse store operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and the overall customer experience. /li liSupport the implementation of new retail initiatives, operational processes, and system enhancements across the retail network. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional departments including Retail, IT, Logistics, CRM, Merchandising and Ecommerce. /li liMonitor operational and commercial KPIs, identifying trends and proposing actionable recommendations to improve business performance. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li1+ years of experience in Retail Operations or a related retail environment. /li liGood understanding of retail processes, sales operations, stock management, and customer service. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both HQ and store teams.
/li liFluent in English; any additional language will be considered a plus. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /li liKnowledge of Microsoft PowerBI will be considered a plus /li /ul h3What Do We Offer /h3 ul liStarting gross annual salary of €30,000, in line with the classification provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Textile and Clothing sector (CCNL Tessile-Abbigliamento) for "impiegato" employees.
