Role Description: The Industrial Projects Engineer is a full-time and on-site role based in Pinerolo (TO), Italy. This role involves managing industrial projects from concept through execution, including technical analysis, planning, and coordination of engineering activities. The person in this position collaborates with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure that deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project progress, preparing technical documentation,
supporting electrical and mechanical design reviews, and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The role also requires regular reporting on timelines, costs, and risks, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and project methodologies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with experience in industrial environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Relevant technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in industrial projects, plant engineering, or manufacturing processes is highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, and specifications, and to prepare clear project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and in team settings.
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office; knowledge of CAD or engineering software is an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
