Together, we can shape the future. /ph3Job Description: /h3pThe Global Graduate Programme – A Fast-Track to Leadership /ppThe Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational programme consisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles. /ppParticipants gain hands‑on experience with real business projects, ensuring early responsibility and exposure to strategic decision‑making. /ppParticipants receive a bpermanent contract from the start, /bensuring long‑term career prospects within Sibelco. As part of this programme, we are recruiting a bGraduate /b bReliability engineer /b for a one‑year assignment focused on using operational and maintenance data, advanced analytics and AI to improve maintenance effectiveness and production performance at the Robilante Cluster in Italy. /ppGraduates must also be open to spending their second year in a different cluster outside their initial region to gain international or regional business exposure. /ph3Your Impact in This Role:
/h3ulliAnalyse recurring operational and maintenance challenges across the Robilante plant /liliAnalyse historical maintenance data to identify failure patterns, root causes and interdependencies /liliExplore the use of AI and advanced analytics to identify patterns and predict potential equipment failures /liliSupport the development of a data‑driven predictive maintenance approach to improve maintenance planning /liliIdentify opportunities to optimize spare‑parts inventory and reduce the operational impact of maintenance activities /liliDevelop dashboards and analytical tools to monitor maintenance and operational performance /liliEvaluate the potential impact of the proposed solutions on production reliability and maintenance effectiveness /liliDevelop a scalable methodology or prototype that could potentially be adapted to other Sibelco plants /liliPresent findings, recommendations and improvement opportunities to plant management and relevant stakeholders /li /ulh3What You Bring to the Table /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities /liliInterest in artificial intelligence, predictive analytics and data‑driven decision‑making /liliKnowledge of maintenance, manufacturing or operational processes is an advantage /liliStrong data analysis skills and experience working with large datasets /liliFamiliarity with AI,
