We are seeking - for our Engineering and Project Management segments - a Project HSE Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HSE regulations and applications.Massimizzi le sue possibilità di successo assicurandosi che il suo CV e le sue competenze corrispondano ai requisiti di questa posizione.The main objectives related to the role are about:Support the PHSEM in the Project HSE Management System development throughout all project phases (engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation and installation).Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and standards.Ensure compliance with local legislation in term of HSE, lifting and riggingDefine the criteria and references for the development of project HSE plans and HSE Bridging DocumentsConduct regular HSE audits and inspections to Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace.Assist the Project HSE Manager in the Risk Management process (i.E. HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Project Risk Assessment, etc.)Ensure incident reporting and investigation are properly conducted by, also,
direct participation if required by the PHSEM.Conduct HSE audit to projects work sites and subcontractor's premises.Support the HSE performance monitoring, analysis and reporting toward Project and Company organizations.Stay up-to-date on HSE best practices.Provide HSE advice and guidance to employees.Support the development of emergency preparedness and response plans.Promote a positive HSE culture within the organization.In summary, the HSE Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and environmental protection of a project.We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics:Engineering or Science Degree.At least 2 years of experience in a HSE role in a complex industrial business that includes project planning and execution activities, as well as experience in working with a variety of stakeholders.Good communication skills in English both verbal and written (training/presentations/report writing). xysqume Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and dlg.81/2008.Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).Nice to have:BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)H2SNebosh or equivalentLocationMilan (east zone)
