Job Title: Multilingual Sales Assistant (open to “categorie protette”)Location : Province of Naples, ItalyCompany : Leading manufacturer of electrical components for industrial applicationsMission :This role aims to enhance the effectiveness of the commercial team by managing post-sales customer activities, delivering timely weekly reporting, and supporting executive-level engagement with key clients.Summary :The primary responsibility of this role is to manage customer post-sales requests, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.The Sales Assistant supports the CEO in building, maintaining, and developing relationships with key customers, while also coordinating business trips, managing the executive calendar, and organising meetings.Responsibilities :1.Order & Customer Request Management:·Handle customer requests related to order confirmation, changes, and follow-ups.·Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance).·Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers.·Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports to the commercial team2.Support for Key Clients:·Organise and coordinate the CEO’s business trips, including contacting customers/prospects and defining detailed itineraries.·Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings with key clients.·Prepare relevant data, analysis, and customer briefs in advance of CEO meetings.·Assist in preparing communications for key clients, including drafting emails and collecting relevant information for strategic accounts.·Develop tailored PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings based on historical data and insights.3.Strategy:·Support the definition and execution of the sales and marketing plan.·Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.Requirements :·Must-havesoLanguages:oFluency in Italian and English (mandatory level B2 or above)o(will be tested during the selection process).OAdvanced Microsoft Office skills:oExcel (Filter, Pivot, reports),
